Balance? I dont think so, it is imposible to atack and win against a player of top 10 for a newcomer Shadow, he has probably a moon and will see you, or he have a jump gate and go, etc
Only a new begening will bring balance here! The admins must close this univ, and opened the same univ again or another, i saw univ2, 3, 4!
