Once upon a time in a galaxy far far away a research vesil landed on an uninhabited planet. (or so they thought)
The next day the commander sent out 4 research teams to investigate the planet.
On the 4th day they returned to give their reports, teams 1, 3, and 4 reported no findings, team 2 on the other hand reported finding strange people with strange ways.
Immediately the commander sent a message to their home planet.
The commander received a message back,it read " don't contact only observe".
The following day the commander re-sent the 4 research teams to observe and report all they can about the strange beings.
After 15 days the research teams returned, they sat together to discuss what they found and chose team 1 to report to the commander about their findings. Since team 2 found the strange people they would report to the commander.
The report read as, Day 1, 8am. the strange people emerged from their dwellings.
They looked all around then they noticed something strange when they looked down, they all started flailing their arms and screaming, Then they started running toward the west.
The teams followed them, Around Noon all of a sudden they stopped and looked around amongst themselves.
Then at half past Noon they looked down again started flailing their arms and screaming then began running east.
When they reached their dwellings they stopped and didn't emerge until the next day.
This strange behavior repeated the entire time the researchers were on the planet.
The researchers report this behavior to the commander.
The commander says he'll send the report to the home planet.
A few days later the commander received a message back from the home planet. It said the following.
''This is strange we have 6 other planets with these strange behaviors, Our annalists determined that these strange people are doing nothing but but chasing their
Shadows.''
It sounds like that pirate bunch, tag these planets for destruction and return home.
